Payment & How to Order

Payment Method

We currently accept payment using your Credit or Debit Card via Pocket.

Alternatively Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery options are also available. 

How to Order

  1. Fill your basket and click the checkout button.
  2. Next you will be asked for to enter your email address and delivery address details, or you can log in to your existing GardenAquaria account.
  3. Select the shipping method as required.
  4. Select payment method ‘Pocket Biller’, 'Cash on Delivery' OR 'Bank Deposit'.
  5. Click 'Complete Order'.
  6. Once your order has been placed you will receive email confirmation of your order. 
  7. If ‘Pocket Biller’ has been selected you will need to respond to your Pocket App within 5 minutes to complete the payment.
  8. You can check your order status by logging in to your GardenAquaria account. 

Collection via meeting point or Delivery

Once your order has been placed and payment received we will then contact you, or you can contact us, to arrange a collection time or delivery time. 

Orders will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours if payment is not received. 

In-store Collection 

In-store collection will be notified via email when the order is ready to be collected. Please kindly follow the instructions on the email for collection of your order.
